Sales Agent

NuMinds is a collective of educators that is just crazy enough to believe we can save teachers and revitalize education! One way we do this is by empowering others to join the NuMinds team as commissioned sales representatives. This helps us expand our reach while providing supplemental income. 

 

To facilitate the widest reach of potential customers and expand the network of prospects with the least amount of resistance, we are seeking Sales Agents to support the reach, impact, and sales of NuMinds programs. 

 

The concept is simple: you will be trained on the NuMinds offerings and supported to go and sell programs to schools, organizations, or even individuals. That’s it! As part of the team, you’ll have access to a close-knit network of sales reps and receive training and support. As a Sales Agent, you will be sponsored and directly supported by an experienced NuMinds Sales Associate highly invested in your success.

 

As you get started, you’ll share commissions with the Sales Associate who is helping, training, and shadowing with you. Depending on your level of comfort, you may want to start by making an introduction and observing the process--you’ll be paid a percentage of the commission for making the connection. However, as you grow more and more comfortable, you are fully empowered to initiate and secure partnerships. The team is here to support you!   

 

Can you help us share real, inspired learning with the world as our new Sales Agent?

Scope of Work (Entry)

Your level of obligation depends on your time, availability, and comfort. However, all Sales Agents are required to complete and perform the following:

​

  • Earn the Inspirator and Learning Management credential (12 hours, online, asynchronous)

​

  • Complete sales onboarding (2-3 hours)

​

  • Listen to a bi-weekly audio/video update (~20 minutes) from the NuMinds Sales Manager

​

  • Participate in an encouraging and supportive online forum (Slack) of the NuMinds sales network

​

  • Contact schools, districts, teachers, and others who may be interested in NuMinds services, and report conversations and leads to your sponsoring Sales Associate

Scope of Work (Advanced)

As you become more comfortable with the sales process, higher rates of commission can be earned for performing the following:

​

  • Drafting and submitting quotes/proposals 

​

  • Finalizing contracts

​

  • Sending, receiving, and logging invoices 

Extra Considerations

  • Teachers who are familiar with enrichment programming

​

  • A strong desire to empower teachers with curriculum and support, and to earn supplemental income

​

  • A willingness to reach out and share NuMinds with people in your network

Compensation

  • Commission for entry level responsibilities: 15%

​

  • Commission for advanced level responsibilities: 20%
